浸滲劑的使用，為鑄件行的生產(chǎn)率帶來了新的高度，如今，在鑄造行業(yè)中，眾多的企業(yè)已經(jīng)將浸滲作為一道必不可少的工序，廣泛用于汽車、摩托車、火車、空調(diào)制冷、航空等行業(yè)。在浸滲劑的使用中，不可避免會出現(xiàn)一些問題，下面我們介紹幾種常見的問題給大家做個分析：

問題1：

在較高溫度環(huán)境保存本品會造成聚合固化事故

解決方法：已投放在儲膠罐中的浸滲膠應(yīng)配裝制冷機(jī)將溫度控制在5-20℃之間，如冬季停用，在重新開機(jī)時要檢查制冷機(jī)是否正常。未開封的桶裝浸滲劑要放在28℃以下倉儲保管。

問題2：

空氣是本品的穩(wěn)定劑，如較長時間停用，儲膠罐底部的浸滲劑長時間接觸不到空氣不利膠液的穩(wěn)定。

解決方法：停用期間每天安排浸滲劑在浸滲罐和儲膠罐之間來回轉(zhuǎn)換三次，這樣有利底部的浸滲劑能接觸到空氣。如每天生產(chǎn)則不需要這樣做。如在儲膠罐底部加裝一空氣管，在停用期或下班后閥門開少許連續(xù)輸入少量潔凈空氣效果更好。（空氣要經(jīng)過油水分離器，避免將大量水帶入膠液。）

問題3：

用本品浸滲銅件鐵件，會將一些銅屑鐵屑帶入浸滲劑中，活性銅離子鐵離子是浸滲劑固化的催化劑，在環(huán)境溫度較高且底部膠液接觸不到空氣的不利情況下，如再有銅離子鐵離子的存在將加速膠液固化的事故發(fā)生。

解決方法：本品主要針對鋁合金，鎂合金，不銹鋼等非活性金屬和非金屬，用于以上產(chǎn)品并正確操作，廠方承諾對浸滲劑實(shí)行三包。但用于銅件鐵件廠方不實(shí)行三包，如果用戶自擔(dān)責(zé)任用于銅件鐵件，除嚴(yán)格遵守相關(guān)操作要求外，要在浸滲罐和儲膠罐之間加裝一臺布袋式過濾機(jī)（廠方可提供），濾袋為400目，每天下班前將膠液過濾一次，將工件帶入的銅屑鐵屑濾出，另外膠液添加量能淹沒吊籃即可，隨用隨添。

Question 1:

Storage of this product in a higher temperature environment will cause polymerization and curing accidents

Solution: The impregnating glue that has been put in the glue storage tank should be equipped with a refrigerator to control the temperature between 5-20 °C. If it is disabled in winter, check whether the refrigerator is normal when it is restarted. Unopened barrels of impregnant should be stored below 28°C.

Question 2:

Air is the stabilizer of this product. If it is disabled for a long time, the impregnating agent at the bottom of the glue storage tank will not be able to contact the air for a long time, which is not conducive to the stability of the glue.

Solution: Arrange the infiltrant to switch back and forth between the infiltration tank and the glue storage tank three times a day during the shutdown period, so that the infiltrant at the bottom can contact the air. This is not required for daily production. If an air pipe is installed at the bottom of the glue storage tank, it is better to open the valve a little and continuously input a small amount of clean air during the out-of-service period or after get off work. (The air must pass through the oil-water separator to avoid bringing a lot of water into the glue.)

Question 3:

Using this product to infiltrate copper and iron parts will bring some copper scraps and iron filings into the infiltrating agent. The active copper ions and iron ions are the catalysts for the curing of the infiltrating agent. The ambient temperature is high and the bottom glue cannot contact the air. Under unfavorable circumstances, such as the presence of copper ions and iron ions, the accident will accelerate the curing of the glue.

Solution: This product is mainly aimed at inactive metals and non-metals such as aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, stainless steel, etc. It is used for the above products and operated correctly. The manufacturer promises to implement three packs of infiltration agents. However, the manufacturer does not implement three packs for copper and iron parts. If the user is responsible for copper and iron parts, in addition to strictly complying with the relevant operating requirements, a cloth bag should be installed between the impregnation tank and the glue storage tank. Type filter (provided by the factory), the filter bag is 400 mesh, the glue is filtered once a day before get off work, and the copper filings and iron filings brought in by the workpiece are filtered out. In addition, the amount of glue added can submerge the hanging basket. Use as needed.
